At the rear of the site the consent allows for a pair of 5 bedroom town houses each covering about 1786 sq ft with parking between and finally a single 5 bedroom detached house covering about 1418 sq ft at the far end of the site. The planning consent also provides 3 parking spaces to be allocated for the adjoining Gospel Hall. We understand that planning condition 6 regarding archaeology has already been satisfied by the vendors. DIRECTIONS
From Barnstaple take the A377, pass through Bishops Tawton and just before you leave the village bear left opposite the Church into Village Street. The site will be found immediately opposite the Chichester Arms.
