It requires application for approval of reserved matters within three years from the grant of outline planning permission and commencement of the development of the site within two years from the final approval of the reserved matters.
A planning condition requires" the demolition of the building shall be commenced between the months of September to March ...)" and it shall be carried out in accordance with the recommendations of the Bat/Ecology report.
