The land is situated in attractive Devon countryside approximately mid-way between the village of Highampton, which has a post office/village store, public house, church and primary school, and the popular and well serviced market town of Hatherleigh. Okehampton is approximately 9 miles to the south east and Holsworthy approximately 11 miles to the west.
