The proposed change of use indicates a single storey dwelling of 90sq m. It indicates an open plan kitchen / diner, living area, bedroom and bathroom.

This consent is part of the livestock barn which is of timber frame with Yorkshire boarding to two sides and a corrugated iron roof. Overall it is of three sections; each section approximately 5.7m x 9.0m.

THE LAND
The land lies in a compact ring-fenced block with excellent road frontage to two sides and with good access points at the south-eastern corner and at the north-western end. At the south-eastern corner there is a mobile home (though no consent has been obtained). Near the north-western access point are other buildings, primarily an L-shaped timber and profile steel building (11.0m x 4.3m). There are areas of trees and a stream on the northern boundary.
