From Dartmouth proceed across the river on either the lower or passenger ferry to Kingswear on foot. Once off the ferry continue walking up Fore Street and pass the village shop.

Follow the road down onto Brixham Road pass the Dart Haven Marina on the left and approximately ten yards further on, on the right hand side, a path leads up to Agra Villas. The property is situated a short walk on the right hand side.
