From Totnes, follow the signs to Staverton and after passing over the railway line, take the second left hand turning signed light vehicles only, Hillcroft and Landscove' and continue on this road for over 1 mile. Continue on this road, passing over the speed bumps and take the first left turn signposted for Barkingdon.
The land is found on the left handside, 50 yards before Barkingdon Manor. From the A38 a) Heading West towards Plymouth, take the Buckfastleigh turn off (after the two Ashburton turn offs) and head left for Totnes and Dartmouth or b) heading East towards Exeter, take the Buckfast turn off (the one after the Dean Prior and Buckfastleigh turn off) and turning right at the top of the slip road, cross the A38 and head for Totnes and Dartmouth.
Then: Almost immediately, pass the Dartbridge Inn on your left and after about half a mile, take the Landscove turning to the left up a steep, narrow lane also signposted for Hill House Nursery. At the top of the hill, turn right at the little triangle. Stay on that lane all the way. You will eventually pass the entrance to a small agricultural/business park and Barkingdon Manor on your right. Proceed for a further 50 yards and the entrance to the land will be found on the right.
