A small gate in the lower part of the land leads to out riding which is accessed over a neighbours property. This access is, however, a 'neighbourly' agreement and continued access can in no way be guaranteed following the sale of the land.

From Totnes, take the A381 towards Newton Abbot and as you pass Denbury Diesels on your right. Go over the brow of the hill and as you go down the hill Seychelles will be found on the right hand side before a row of terrace houses.
