SITUATION
Stockers Farm Cottage is situated in a beautiful rural location in the parish of Northleigh, a short distance from the popular small town of Colyton, which has a superb range of day to day amenities and the renowned Colyton Grammar School.
 
Five miles to the north west is the market town of Honiton with a further range of amenities including a twice weekly street market, Tesco Superstore and a variety of antiques and bookshops. Honiton has a mainline railway station (London Waterloo) and access to the A30 dual carriageway providing rapid access to the Cathedral and University City of Exeter with a range of facilities including access onto the M5 motorway, mainline railway stations on both the Paddington and Waterloo lines and Exeter International Airport.

DIRECTIONS
From Honiton continue on the A35 heading east towards Axminster. Go past the turning for Offwell and continue past the petrol station. Before dropping down the hill into Wilmington take the right hand turn signposted to the Recycling Centre and Business Park. Stay on this road for approximately 1/4 of a mile and turn left to Widworthy and Recycling Centre. Take the second right after approximately 3/4 mile turning at Suttons Cross towards Northleigh. Go down past the farm branching left signposted Colyton 4 miles. Stay on this road for approximately a 1 mile passing through Cockhayes Farm and new house on the left, Stockers Farm is the next property on the right hand side.
