DIRECTIONS
From Honiton proceed in a westerly direction on the A30. After a short distance take the first exit signposted Ottery St Mary. Proceed along the old A30 over the bridge taking the first right signposted Fention and Buckerell. Follow the road under the railway bridge and A30 and take the next right signposted Buckerell. Continue for half a mile passing two cottages on the right and Pear Tree Holiday Cottages can be found on the right hand side. Grove forms part of Pear Tree Holiday cottages.

LETTING
The property is available to rent for a period of 6 months on a renewable Assured Shorthold tenancy, furnished and is available Immediately. RENT: £600 per calender month, exclusive of electric charges and council tax. An additional £50 per month is payable directly to the landlords for water, drainage and unlimited WiFi. DEPOSIT: £825 returnable at end of tenancy subject to any deductions. All deposits for a property let through Stags are held on their Client Account and administered in accordance with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme and Dispute Service. Usual references required. TENANT FEES
When applying to rent a property through Stags there will be a Tenant application fee of £216 (£180 plus VAT) for the first applicant plus £180 (£150 plus VAT) for each applicant thereafter.
