DESCRIPTION
Parkyns comprises a charming, detached, character residence which presents elevations of part stone and part render, beneath a part slate and part tiled roof. We understand that the original core possibly dates back to the 17th Century but that an in keeping extension was added in 2006. The property has been tastefully modernised to combine many original period features with 21st Century refinements. The accommodation is principally arranged over two storeys and could possibly be adapted to suit dual occupation by parts of the same family. Parkyns is very well presented and an internal inspection is strongly advised. The house is complemented by the delightful secluded gardens, arranged as a series of external rooms and from the front garden the property enjoys simply one of the best views in the area.
