Fort Picklecombe lies on the Rame Peninsula, which is accessed from the A374 Trerulefoot to Torpoint Road either via Antony or Crafthole onto the B3247. Pass through Millbrook and continue in the Cremyll direction rising up the long hill, passing the school on the right and continuing to the ridge. A sign to Fort Picklecombe will be found on the right. Follow the road to the coast until reaching the private grounds of Fort Picklecombe.
