Exit the M5 at Junction 26 at head towards Wellington. At the first roundabout take the first exit on the A38 signposted Exeter. Continue along this road, after about 3.65 miles reaching the Beambridge Inn. Continue on the A38 for approximately 1 mile and take the turning on the right signposted Greenham 1.5 miles. Continue along this road, following signs to Greenham, proceed through the village of Greenham, passing the church on the left and then over the River Tone. Proceed for approximately 3/4 miles and the entrance to land can be found at Appley Cross.
