SITUATION
Located in the heart of the South Hams close to the small rural village of Cornworthy. Cornworthy occupies almost the entire length of two opposing valleys, there are fabulous walks around the village along the banks of Bow Creek and the River Dart and due to the village's secluded position a strong sense of community prevails.

The village is designated a conservation area due to its historic buildings and in an area of great landscape value. The village benefits from a friendly local pub, a stunning 15th century Augustinian Priory and village hall, both mentioned in the Doomsday Book. Cornworthy is equal distance between Dartmouth and Totnes and only 5 miles from the coast.

Totnes is a bustling and thriving market town that also retains much of its original Elizabethan character, full of interest and with a wide range of good independent local shops, educational and recreational facilities.

Dartmouth boasts a literary and artistic as well as exquisite harbour, restaurant and Naval College.

The A38 Devon Expressway is approximately 10 miles away allowing speedy access to the cities of Exeter and Plymouth. A mainline railway station at Totnes allows easy access to London Paddington in a little under three hours.
