DIRECTIONS
From the A30 Chiverton Cross junction, head west towards the services and St Agnes and take the 3rd exit at the 1st roundabout signposted St Agnes. Continue along this road past the Teagle machinery factory and take the first right. Continue into Goonbell. Pass straight over the crossroads (ignoring the right turn signed Silverwell and Wheal Butson. Take the first turning on the right, beside the bus shelter. Continue along a long gentle left-hand bend for 0.7 of a mile and the land will be found on the right hand side, just after a footpath on the right. It is the penultimate gateway before the end of the road. A For Sale board has been erected.
