From Junction 27 of the M5 motorway take the North Devon Link Road towards Tiverton. Continue for about 6 miles and take the first exit for Tiverton signposted Tiverton (B3391) and Bickleigh (A396). At the roundabout take the 1st exit for Tiverton. At the next roundabout (McDonalds) take the third exit into Lea Road. Take the first turning on the left into Beech Road, following this for a short distance and take the third turning on the right signed The Close.
