From our office take the A39 to Mitchell then join the A30 East. Take the exit at the top of Highgate Hill signposted Newquay and Wadebridge and at the roundabout turn left onto the A39. At the next smaller roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A392. Go past the sign for Coswarth, go past the sign for Mountjoy then on right hand side you will see some wrought iron gates with a sign saying Highview. (If you get to the Coswarth Distribution Plant you have gone one drive too far) The access lane is on the left opposite Highview.. Follow this lane down through the fields and the property is the first on the left.
