Directions
From Wellington head in a southerly directions up through Ford Street to the crossroads at the top of the hill. Continue straight across towards Clayhidon and at the next crossroads continue forward down the hill passing the village hall on the left hand side and crossing over the River Culm to the next junction. Turn left and after approximately half a mile bear sharp right and continue up the hill taking the next turning left signposted Biscombe and Stapley. After approximately 0.75 of a mile Ivylen Farm will be seen on the left hand side. Continue past the farm whereupon the entrance gate to the land will be seen on the left hand side, clearly identified by our For Sale board.
