From Junction 27 of the M5, take A361 dual carriageway towards Tiverton and South Molton. On reaching the first roundabout at Bolham, take the third exit A396 towards Bampton. After about five miles, take the first left at The Exeter Inn roundabout continuing on the A396 for two more miles. At the Black Cat junction bear left onto the B3227 towards South Molton. After four and a half miles at Woodburn Cross turn right, signed East Anstey. On arriving into the village of East Anstey the plot will be found a short distance before reaching the school on the left hand side, set well away from the road.
