From The Square in South Molton drive into South Street and take the fifth turning to the left towards George Nympton and Kings Nympton. Drive out of the town and continue on this road passing through George Nympton and into the valley. Soon after the bridge take the next right turn at Wampford Cross signed to Sampson and Sletchcott. Continue up the hill and at Sampson Cross continue straight on. At the next junction at Sletchcott Cross turn right signed to Heal and Yeotown. Continue on the country lane for a further half a mile and the property will be found on the left.
