Last summer, Stags merged with the South Devon firm Michelmore Hughes. This merger added strength and new skills to the established Stags Professional Services department of qualified chartered surveyors, valuers and planning advisors.
The estate agency and residential lettings side of the Michelmore Hughes business has moved to the Stags Totnes office, where it is managed by Partner, James Baker and Residential Lettings Manager, Rosie Bowhay.
The rural professional and commercial property aspects of Michelmore Hughes remains at the firm’s existing address in Totnes town centre, operating under the brand Michelmore Hughes Stags. Matthew Higgs, partner at Michelmore Hughes, is now Head of Commercial Property Management. Matthew will work to develop the department in association with Stags’ nearby offices including Exeter and Plymouth.
