Stags, Totnes, hosted a ‘Making your Property Market Ready’ evening, inviting prospective vendors the opportunity to meet local professionals including solicitors, professional photographer, house dresser and financial services, who all offered invaluable advice on suggested preparatory work needed prior to offering ones home for sale.
The evening was a huge success attended by many prospective purchasers who commented the advice they received during the evening helped them more appreciate the importance of paying attention to the presentation of their homes, it’s not all about ‘bread and coffee’. Ensuring the property is tidy, even if much work is needed, is key, so that buyers know what to expect.”
