This autumn, Stags held four successful lettings seminars in Taunton, Exeter, Totnes and Tavistock.
Held in conjunction with partnering firms A C Mole & Sons, Thomas Westcott, Potter Baker and Darnells, the events provided an excellent opportunity to advise existing and potential landlords on the current lettings market, the ever-changing legislation and compliance regulations and the various tax issues they might face. Other key issues discussed included buy-to-let yields and capital growth.
A question and answer sessions allowed attendees to glean further information from the professionals at the end of the event.
Due to the high attendance of these events, Stags will be holding additional lettings seminars in other areas of the West Country in the New Year.
