Our mailing list is the engine of our business and from the many comments we receive, leads the way among South West estate agents. It's powered by state-of-the-art technology connecting every desk in every office to a single database. We can track the activity of every applicant and e-mail or post them every suitable property.
We match new applicants against the database and send a personalised printout of applicant matches for your property. Keeping up to date enables us to send up to 4 or 5 times the number of people to look at property.
Client liaison and reporting
We will send you a report each fortnight. Appointments to view are confirmed with you, recorded on our database and followed up, wherever possible, within a few days.
