Litton Farm, near North Molton, a private stock farm within Exmoor National Park offering equestrian appeal with 177.5 acres, 4 bedroom house with stone barns, modern buildings and cross country course, manege, lakes and woodland, sold off a guide of £1,100,000.
Jubilee Park Farm near Winkleigh, a pleasantly situated grassland farm with 50.68 acres, a 4 bedroom agriculturally tied farmhouse and versatile modern farm buildings sold off a guide of £495,000.
The 259 acre Dairy Farm, Meeth, near Okehampton also sold recently off a guide price of £2,500,000
On the fringe of Exmoor National Park Fernham Farm, Brayford was the subject of intense competition from the marketplace. Extending to 234 acres the farm included a beautifully presented Grade II Listed farmhouse with landscaped gardens, studio and lake. There are also some traditional farm buildings close to the farmhouse with modern stock buildings behind. The farm also included a three bedroom modern house which enjoyed beautiful views over the Exmoor Hills.The farm was Guided at £2,000,000 to attract interest which it certainly did and Stags received multiple offers on the farm leading to a sale significantly in excess of the guide as well as a number of disappointed buyers obviously seeking something similar.
Currently on the market is Bushton Farm at West Buckland which is a privately situated grassland farm with two four bedroom dwellings, range of traditional buildings with planning permission for conversion, excellent modern buildings formerly used for dairying, all centrally set within a ring fence of about 110 acres.

Stags also continue to lead the way with bare land sales. Over the South West 11% fewer acres changed hands in 2011 than in 2010.
