Beside the track are two timber framed pole barns measuring approximately 18 × 6 metres and 7.5 × 3.5 metres, both partially clad with corrugated sheeting under a corrugated roof and a soil floor. There is a partially erected timber framed building measuring approximately 18.2 x 18.2 metres without a roof.

Subject to obtaining the necessary planning consents there could be potential, if desired, to erect further agricultural buildings, stables or a field shelter.
