DIRECTIONS
From Exeter proceed south on the M5 motorway and thereafter proceed on the A38. Soon after take the left fork onto the A380 towards Torquay. After a few miles turn on to the B3192 signposted Teignmouth. Continue on this road for about 3 miles passing Teignmouth Golf Club on the right and then turn left into Holcombe Down Road signposted Dawlish. After 0.7 of a mile keep sharp left in Holcombe Down Road, continuing down the hill for a further 1.1 miles whereupon, at the crossroads, turn right signposted Holcombe. When arriving in Holcombe turn left after The Castle Inn onto Forders Lane. Continue along Forders Lane turning left onto Rosyl Avenue where the property is located on the right.
