DIRECTIONS

Take the first entrance, at the end of the drive parking will be found and the pathway to Ox House.

The property is available to let on six monthly renewable Assured Shorthold Tenancy, unfurnished. Rent: £875 per calendar month exclusive of all charges. Deposit: £975 returnable at end of tenancy, subject to any deductions. TENANT FEES
