SITUATION
Taw Meadow lies in the River Taw Valley, approximately 2 miles to the east of Burrington and 6 miles south of Umberleigh. The A377 road and Tarka Railway Line are both nearby and provide a link between Barnstaple and Exeter, whilst the market town of South Molton is within 10 miles of the land.
 
The regional centre of Barnstaple is 15 miles north of Taw Meadow, from where there is good access to North Devon's renowned beaches of Saunton, Croyde and Putsborough, whilst the Exmoor National Park is also within easy reach of the land.

DESCRIPTION

The land is not to be used for: clay pigeon shooting; rough shooting or pest control is such a way as to be a nuisance; racing with cycles or motorized vehicles; a commercial camp site; business purposes other than forestry. The purchaser will not cause any damage to access tracks other than fair wear and tear and will not sell or lease the land in more than three parts.
