DESCRIPTION
The Farmhouse is constructed of stone and cob elevations underneath a slate roof, and requires complete renovation throughout, but has many period features including open-grate fireplaces and could once again be a comfortable family home.

The accommodation includes a spacious kitchen / breakfast room with a tiled floor and a Rayburn Royal range (used for cooking and hot water), a sitting room with a fireplace and stairs to the first floor, a living room with large windows looking out across the adjacent valley, a second kitchen / dining room and a utility room. On the first floor there are five double bedrooms and two bathrooms.

To the side of the farmhouse is a Stone Storage Building (9.8m x 3.6m) with a clay tile roof. On the southern side is the garden, with lawn, shrubs on the boundary bank and enclosed with a low level stone wall. A gateway opens into a second area of lawn, again enclosed with a stone wall. In total the grounds extend to approximately 0.9 acres.

THE OLD STABLES
The Old Stables (12.49m x 4.31m) is a two storey barn constructed of stone with a pitched slate roof and has planning consent for conversion to a three bedroom dwelling. On the ground floor are stables and storage areas with external stone steps leading up to the first floor, which is open with a good timber floor. Electricity is connected.

THE GRAIN STORE
