At the bottom of the slip road keep to the right hand lane, turning right onto the A386 and then immediately left onto the West Devon Drive. Continue on this road for approximately 4 miles until dropping down a steep hill into Combebow. Turn left towards the bottom of the hill (a short distance after a large lay by) and continue along this track following the signs for the bridleway and passing Woodfordham Cottage on the left handside. Bear around to the right handside, which is signposted public footpath and continue up this track until you see the sign for Slyers Hill upon the right. Turn right down this track and the property will be found after a short distance upon the right handside.
