DIRECTIONS
From Tiverton take the B3137 towards Nomansland and Witheridge. You will pass through the village of Withleigh and continue through the village of Nomansland passing the Mount Pleasant pub on your right. On approaching Witheridge continue until you get to the square and turn right into the square. Continue for approximately 100 yards where you come to a T-junction with West Street on the right and the property will be found after a short distance on the right hand side.
