In addition to the house there is an adjoining 2 bedroom cottage, an attached coach house with a self-contained first floor annexe, plus various useful outbuildings.

In recent years the house has become established as a popular place to visit for holidays and long weekends, generating an annual income of in excess of £100,000. As a result, the property is an exciting investment prospect or indeed would be perfect as a wonderful family home.

On the ground floor is a modern kitchen, living room and bedroom with en suite shower room. On the first floor there is a double bedroom and bathroom. The property has oak beams and wooden floors.
