After a short distance turn left signed Berrynarbor, proceed along this county lane for about 1 ½ miles and at the bottom of the hill at the T Junction turn right. Follow the road towards the village, at the next cross roads drive straight across onto Birdswell Lane (with the church to your right) and the property will be found after about 500 yards on the left.
