From Dartmouth proceed up College Way, passing Britannia Royal Naval College on your right. Turn left at the mini roundabout, signposted Stoke Fleming (A379). On entering the village turn right up Church Road immediately next to the post office/stores and take the first right into Rectory Lane by the Green Dragon public house. After a short distance turn right into Baileys Meadow. At the T junction turn right and the entrance to the property will be found at the end of the cul de sac.
