DIRECTIONAL NOTE
From Okehampton leave the town in a easterly direction as if for Exeter. Join the A30 dual carriageway and at the next junction, leave the A30 for Whiddon Down following signs for Chagford/Moretonhampstead. At the mini roundabout, bear left again for Chagford and Moretonhampstead, proceeding for approximately 5 miles before turning right onto the B3206 signposted for Chagford. Proceed up the hill into the town square turning right just after the Lloyds TSB bank and after a short distance, the road will split. Bear left signposted to Fernworthy Reservoir and continue down the hill, carrying on up the otherside until reaching Waye Barton Cross. Turn right signposted to Kestor and Thornworthy (no through road), continue along this road until reaching Yeo Cross, here continue ahead as if towards Batsworthy and the property will be found after a short distance upon the right hand side.
