Compensation for utility work
We can represent your interests when dealing with those companies who deliver services such as water, gas, electricity and the telephone network and advise on the effect their operations may have on your land. We can usually recover our fees from the acquiring authority.
Tenancy matters
We can act on behalf of landlords and tenants in all aspects of tenancy related negotiations concerning agricultural and commercial property. This includes finding suitable tenants and negotiating the level of rents.
Farm diversification
We are able to provide advice on a wide range of Farm Diversification Schemes including advice relating to possible Grant Funding. We are currently working with clients in Objective 1 Area and elsewhere, and under the England Rural Development Programme umbrella.
Environmental schemes
We are experienced in advising farmers on the opportunities through various agro-environment schemes, such as the Countryside Stewardship Scheme and the effects of operating within special landscaped designated areas such as ESAs and SSSIs.

Our vast experience in professional work enables us to provide specific Expert Witness reports and give evidence in court.
