Stags is currently seeking a Head of Professional Services for Cornwall. The right candidate will ideally have a minimum of 5 years post RICS qualification experience and Fellowship to CAAV.

You will be confident in your abilities to manage a team and someone who can really drive and expand the current business. This really is a rare opportunity and an important role in Stags with career potential.

The position offers a varied and interesting workload including formal valuations for all purposes, rural planning work, Landlord/Tenant, Compulsory Purchase and compensation work, handling the Environment Agency contract work as well as Basic Payment Scheme applications and environmental scheme applications. The team works closely with Stags offices, property professionals and property and land owning clients.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a manager of our marketing department. Based at Tiverton you will lead a small team which produces and oversees all marketing across our 21 offices.

The role is extremely varied, from organising bespoke flyer campaigns for an individual office through to leading the development of Stags’ brand and profile across digital and print media, and all other channels.

The candidate will be confident and have excellent organisational skills, enabling them to schedule and prioritise the department’s workload, and be a creative problem solver with great attention to detail. The ability to work under their own initiative will be important, whilst managing and directing colleagues, as well as reporting to the marketing partner. Marketing experience is essential.
