Stags are currently seeking a Head of Professional Services for Cornwall. The right candidate will ideally have a minimum of 5 years post RICS qualification experience and Fellowship to CAAV.

You will be confident in your abilities to manage a team and someone who can really drive and expand the current business. This really is a rare opportunity and an important role in Stags with career potential.

The position offers a varied and interesting workload including formal valuations for all purposes, rural planning work, Landlord/Tenant, Compulsory Purchase and compensation work, handling the Environment Agency contract work as well as Basic Payment Scheme applications and environmental scheme applications. The team works closely with Stags offices, property professionals and property and land owning clients.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Lettings Manager in our Totnes Office.

Our Launceston Office is looking to complete its Viewing Assistant team with a suitable representative along the South East Coast and hinterland, from Fowey to Looe and inland to Liskeard, to carry out this varied and interesting position. The role requires some weekend work, a clean license with own reliable car and a positive, flexible approach supporting the busy Launceston Office selling quality homes in the area.
