Our specialist equestrian department is based at our Yeovil. The office provides a central link between our 17 offices across the South West. We work closely with our Country House and Farm departments, ensuring the seamless matching of all equestrian properties with our extensive database of buyers.
Buyers of equestrian property trust Stags for a number of reasons. We add value for buyers and sellers alike, advising on where to ride and riding activities in the area, such as hunting, polo, racing and eventing. We also have knowledge of the cost of upgrading facilities such as stables, manege and planning requirements.
Selling with Stags
Marketing appraisal: Stags will give you a full marketing appraisal based upon our knowledge of local and regional property, the value of equestrian facilities and land values. We will work towards getting you the best price for your property.
Buyer contact: Properties will be matched with our strong and up to date database of purchasers, which includes local, national and international buyers. Active purchasers and professional contacts will also be mailed with a colour Equestrian Property List.
Internet: Each property will be advertised on our website and on primelocation.com. This will maximise exposure to many thousands of property buyers.
Advertising and PR: Targeted advertising gives properties exposure in local and regional newspapers, as well as in specialist publications including Horse & Hound. Close contact with the press can give rise to editorial features. We also take a promotion stand annually in the major Equine Fair.
