The property comprises a well-established holiday park in the popular North Devon Resort of Westward Ho! The accommodation comprised 68 holiday restricted letting units on a site area of 1.07 Hectares (2.64 Acres) and also had the benefit of planning consent for the development of 126 new units to replace the existing accommodation. In an off-market transaction, Stags acquired the property on behalf of Alpha Developments Ltd from the existing park operator. Stags were subsequently retained to advise on the redevelopment of the site and acquisition of long leasehold units to enable development.
