The department
The department is headed by Tim Smith BSc (Hons) MRICS. Tim has 10 years' experience in the commercial property market gained in the South and South West. Brought up in Devon and based in the Stags Exeter office, he has worked with a range of commercial property clients from private individuals to major corporate businesses.
Robert Clark MRICS, based at the Yeovil Office, has 20 years' commercial property experience gained in London and the South West. Brought up in Somerset within strong family associations throughout the region, and now living between Yeovil and Taunton, he has a wealth of knowledge and understanding of the local commercial property market.
