Acting on behalf of Gladman Developments, Stags Land & Development Department have acquired a site adjacent to the well-established Kingsmill Business Park at Cullompton, Devon. The site was acquired in the open market via a best bids process and Stags were involved from the introduction of the site through to negotiation of terms and completion of the sale. The site comprises a 13 acre block of greenfield land with the benefit of an outline planning consent for B1, B2 and B8 uses. Stags also assisted with planning advice in terms of a reserve matters planning application for new industrial and office units and have subsequently been retained to advise on the marketing of the completed units on a freehold and leasehold basis. Phase 1 will commence on site in 2008 and will comprise 2,508 sq m (27,000 sq ft) of industrial and 1,021 sq m (11,000 sq ft).
