Residential Lettings Property Manager/Administrator - Honiton Office
Stags Honiton Office, due to expansion, require a full time person to join the Lettings Team. The role involves dealing with property repairs and maintenance, instruction of contractors, schedules/inventories, deposits, property inspections, viewings and general admin.
The successful candidate must be IT literate, car driver, some Saturday working and be able to work within a team. Previous experience preferred but not essential.

Full-time Administrator -The Exeter Residential Lettings office
Duties to include, tenancy administration, advertising, dealing with contractors for property repairs . In addition the role would involve meeting existing and potential clients and tenants, booking viewings and valuations and dealing with general enquiries. This is an enjoyable, busy and varied position, some Saturday working, previous experience would be beneficial and a clean driving licence.
