EXETER OFFICE - SECRETARY
A position within our busy Farm Agency department in an established city centre office.
The successful candidate will have secretarial and administrative experience, preferably with an estate agency or rural background. Must be a proficient typist and administrator with excellent organisational skills and a sound working knowledge of computers. A good telephone manner is essential as you will also be dealing with clients and potential purchasers and you should also be able to spot business opportunities.

FORTHCOMING OPPORTUNITY - Rural Practice Surveyor
Stags, a regional firm of 17 offices throughout the South West, is looking for an enthusiastic and self motivated Surveyor to join its Rural Property Consultancy department in Launceston.
The position will initially cover a period of maternity leave, with potential to continue thereafter as a second surveyor in this busy and expanding department.
The successful candidate will be qualified with experience.
The position offers a varied and interesting workload, which includes land and property valuations, rural planning and diversification, landlord and tenant, compensation and compulsory purchase, grants and subsidy applications.
The post will be based at Stags Launceston office and remuneration will be commensurate with experience and ability.

Candidates with some commercial/land development experience are invited to apply although this is not essential.
