Held at London’s Battersea Arts Centre, the Move to the Country, now in its eighth year, was bigger and busier than ever before. With 32 country agents displaying their properties from small cottages to country estates, Stags were, once again, the busiest stand throughout the day. The day itself resulted in a number of new potential purchasers registering with Stags, many of whom hadn’t been in contact with any other South West agent, thus proving that proactive marketing is still the key to success.
The event provides a rare opportunity to enable us as agents to reach a large number of potential purchasers, and with property in London selling at an increasing rate with prices rising, it is the perfect time to capture these buyers.
