Stags Professional Services have appointed a new rural professional to join their team. Matt Brown, 25, is a fully qualified Chartered Surveyor and Agricultural Valuer who will be based in Stags’ Launceston and Truro Offices.
Matt has a range of experience in a variety of professional work, including valuation, landlord and tenant matters, grants and subsidy applications and appeals, farm sales and purchases, taxation and estate management.
Associate Partner and head of professional services in Cornwall, Jo Maynard says, “We are delighted to welcome Matt on board to add further skills, knowledge and experience to our growing team. Matt’s practical and considered approach to professional work ensures he will be a valuable asset to Stags and our clients”.
Matt is a returning Cornishman, having worked in the North of England for the past two and a half years, where he gained invaluable experience with a respected regional firm. He will be working throughout Cornwall and into Devon, and in his spare time will be pursuing his hobbies of country sports, surfing and rugby.
