Stags Residential Lettings Department are delighted to announce two forthcoming Buy To Let Seminars that they are holding with partnering firms. The events will be held on Tuesday, 17th March at Lifton Farm Shop and Wednesday, 24th March at Epiphany House in Truro.

There is an undoubted desire with the growing private rented sector for existing and new potential landlords to obtain advice regarding Buy To Let to include the type of property to buy, preferred locations, yields, tax advice and Buy To Let finance. Landlord legislation and the Buy To Let market are continually changing and it is vital that anyone contemplating an investment of this type is kept fully informed.
