Stags Residential Lettings Department are delighted to report on two highly successful Buy To Let seminars that took place recently in Cornwall at Lifton and Truro.
Entitled “Let us help you through the Buy To Let maze”, it was an invitation to all those interested either as existing or new Buy To Let investors to come along and learn about the current market, receive advice and hear from various speakers. Other partner firms included Francis Clark, World Wide Financial Planning, Hodgsons and Davidsons IFA. Both events were oversubscribed and as such the intention will be to hold further seminars in due course.
Andrew Luxton, MRICS FARLA, Partner of Stags Residential Lettings confirmed that the success of the events was a reflection of the continued interest in Buy To Let investment, especially with changes in Pension rules doe to be implemented in April. This will see a new group of retiree investors coming to the market place requiring advice and guidance. There is a thirst for information and hopefully these seminars will assist.
