OnTheMarket.com is a mutual owned and controlled portal which has attracted over 4,000 members nationwide, to include some of the largest agency groups in the country. Many more are expected to join as the momentum continues to grow.
Agents’ Mutual has heavily invested in the functionality of the website to ensure it is simple, fast and state-of-the-art. There will be no unnecessary distractions or intrusive advertising, just thousands of properties to buy and rent in all price brackets across the UK. As a mutual organisation, OnTheMarket.com has no external shareholders and is therefore able to plough profits back into improving the property-search experience.
Every property with OnTheMarket.com will be marketed by locally based estate or letting agents with expertise on the ground, it will not feature any properties marketed by online only agents. Therefore, giving those searching for property the confidence that they can speak face-to-face with the agents who are marketing the properties, not just a computer.
