VIEWING:
The viewing days will be Friday 17th May and Monday 20th May between 10.00am to 4.00pm.
VAT:
Please note that the vendor is not VAT registered, so VAT will not be added to the purchase price of all lots unless otherwise stated.
BUYERS PREMIUM:
10% Buyers Premium charged on all lots to a maximum of £250 per lot + VAT and a minimum of £1 + VAT per lot.
PAYMENT:

DESCRIPTION OF LOTS:
Prospective purchasers should satisfy themselves prior to making bids as to the condition of any lot and should rely on their own judgement and not the Auctioneers or Vendors description.
CLEARANCE:
The collection days will be Friday 24th May and Tuesday 28th May between 9.00am to 5.00pm. Please note that items listed in the Metal Working Equipment Equipment section will be only available for collection on the second collection day on Tuesday 28th May or by special arrangement with the vendor or auctioneers.
HEALTH AND SAFETY:

For these measures to be effective everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring. All persons entering the sale site does so at their own risk, and must comply with the requirements of any Health & Safety notices and guidelines.
